Are High-Mileage Oil Benefits Real or Just Hype?
My car just passed 193,000 kilometers, and I've been thinking about switching to a more suitable oil. I keep hearing about the benefits of high-mileage oil, such as sealing small leaks, reducing oil consumption, and extending engine life. But do they actually hold up in practice? I'd love to hear from someone who's made the switch and noticed a significant improvement.
